Participation Requirements

  • 1Must have valid registration with the concerned authorities
  • 2The contestants must be a functional institute
  • 3The data provided should be truthful and supporting documents must be uploaded
  • 4Original documents must be made available for verification at the final round
  • 5Accept legal bindings (terms and conditions)

Terms & Conditions

Eligibility

  • Participation is open only to functional institutions that are legally registered with the appropriate regulatory authorities.
  • Employees of the organizing body, their affiliates, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
  • The organizers reserve the right to verify the eligibility of any participant at any stage.

Truthfulness of Information

  • All information and documentation submitted by the participant must be true, accurate, and complete.
  • Any false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in immediate disqualification.

Document Submission & Verification

  • Supporting documents must be uploaded during the application process.
  • Original documents must be made available for verification by the organizers during the final evaluation round.
  • Failure to provide originals on request may lead to disqualification.

Intellectual Property & Publicity

  • Participants retain ownership of the information and materials submitted.
  • By participating, participants grant the organizers a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the submitted materials for promotional, marketing, and educational purposes.

Data Privacy

  • By entering the contest, participants consent to the collection, processing, and use of their personal and institutional data for administering the contest and related publicity.
  • Data will not be sold or used for unrelated purposes.

Disqualification

  • Submitted false or plagiarized information.
  • Attempted to influence or tamper with the contest process.
  • Violated applicable laws or these Terms & Conditions.

Decisions of the Organizer

  • All decisions made by the contest jury and organizers regarding evaluation, shortlisting, and awarding are final and binding.
  • No correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

Liability

  • The organizers shall not be held liable for technical issues or delays in submission.
  • Any damages, losses, or claims arising out of participation in the contest.
  • Participation is at the participant's own risk.

Compliance with Laws

  • Participants must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while participating.
